This long-running series fosters arts in education by introducing schoolchildren to the performing arts. SchoolTime connects the classroom to the stage by providing educators with valuable resources and engaging students in the world of theatre.

Attending the theatre is not only a fun artistic experience but equally provides students with exposure to key developmental and learning opportunities by encouraging creativity, communication, culture, imagination and patience.
Research shows that students who are exposed to the arts are more likely to be involved in community service and less likely to drop out of school.

The SchoolTime series at LaGuardia Performing Arts Center offers students the opportunity to witness the magic of live performance by providing programming tailored specifically for Pre-K to Grade 3 audiences.
